Prices shown on this website do not include tax and shipping. Items are shipped from Maryland, USA after full payment has been received.

Payment Information

Payment is accepted via PayPal or credit card following email communication during which you will be informed of shipping cost.

Shipping Information

Giclée Prints on watercolor paper will be rolled, placed inside a plastic bag and inserted into a cardboard shipping tube and sent by USPS Priority mail insured. Depending on the destination and size of Giclée Print you can expect a range from $10 to $40 shipping price, domestically.

Original Works are on heavyweight watercolor paper and will be shipped flat. I use Fed-Ex Ground, and their professional packaging expertise. Pricing will differ depending on the destination, size of work, and whether the purchased work is framed or not. For Domestic shipping of originals you can expect a charge ranging from $25 to $75.

International Orders Giclee Prints and Original Works can be shipped internationally, after an email conversation to cover all questions prior to shipment.

Return Policy

I want you to love your new artwork! Upon receiving your order, you have 7 days to decide if you will be keeping the artwork.

Save the original packaging! You have 7 days to contact me at at wyndhund@gmail.com about your intent to return the work. You then have 3 days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork. Do not ship the artwork before contacting me.

Return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Returned items must be carefully packed in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Return shipments must include tracking and insurance for the full value.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which they were paid. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Damaged artwork caused by improper return packaging will not be refunded.

Commissions are not returnable and are nonrefundable.

If the Artwork Arrives to You Damaged

Save the original packaging! Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. Within 3 days of the damaged package’s arrival please email me at wyndhund@gmail.com with your order information and photos of the damage. I will contact you to discuss the next steps.

This Artist retains copyright on all her works. She reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work, in the form of giclée prints and other methods. All reproduction rights are retained by the Artist herself. No art work purchased, or on my website, may be reproduced in any process without proof of permission by Alexandra Treadaway-Hoare.
